Need to schedule an appointment? Please call (319)752-1600. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm. We are closed for major holidays and occasionally for continuing education courses. If you call outside of our normal hours of operation, we will return your call the next business day to schedule an appointment with you personally.

Emergency- If you are a current patient and have an emergency after hours, please call (319)752-1600 and follow the instructions to leave a message with our emergency mailbox. Dr. Amy will be contacted and your call will then be returned. If your call is not returned immediately, please proceed to the nearest emergency room.
